Rules For Entry

1. The work must have been completed or run between June 2007 and July 2008.
2. The entries must have been created in Asia/Australia/New Zealand.
3. All work must be submitted online (see below for directions).
4. The judges have the right to move an entry into a category they feel is more suitable.
5. The judges' decision is final.
6. The judges have the right not to give an award in any category where the work does not meet the standards.
7. Late submissions will not be eligible for the current competition.
8. The organisers cannot return any fees once the entry is submitted even if it is withdrawn before judging.
9. The organisers have the right to reproduce any of the winning work or finalists in AdAsia magazine, Designer magazine, the AdAsia/AIA website or any book or supplement published by BluePrint Media Pte Ltd.
10. The media partners in the AIA competition in any given year also have the right to reproduce the wining entries in their media with permission from BluePrint Media Pte Ltd and acknowledgment of the source.
11. The person entering accepts responsibility to obtain any clearances and the organisers accept entry on this understanding.
12. The organisers take no responsibility for credits submitted incorrectly by the person entering.
